Remote Support
To receive remote assistance, please download the TeamViewer software:

Click the “Remote Support” button.

Wait until the file is downloaded.
Installing TeamViewer:

Open the downloaded installation file.

Select “Install” and then click “Next.”

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Finding your ID and password:

After installation, launch TeamViewer.

On the main screen, you will find your ID number and password.
Sharing your access details with BOIT:
Send your ID and password to the BOIT support email or share them by phone to allow a remote connection.
