Remote Support

To receive remote assistance, please download the TeamViewer software.

Click the „Remote Support” button.

Wait until the file has downloaded.

Installing TeamViewer:

Open the downloaded installation file.

Select „Install”, then click „Next”.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Finding your ID and password:

After installation, launch TeamViewer.

On the main screen you will find your ID number and password.

Sharing your details with BOIT:

Send your ID and password to BOIT’s support email, or share them by phone, to allow a remote connection.

⚠️ Always share your TeamViewer ID and password only with verified BOIT employees.
