2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
Login points and areas where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means personal data and login credentials entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
Personal data stored in the database is encrypted so that only the Operator, who holds the key, can read it. This protects the data in the event the database is stolen from the server.
User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Your Data Is Used
In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill the Controller’s legal obligations. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
authorized employees and associates who use the data to carry out the purpose of the website’s operation
Your personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than necessary to carry out related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.
You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the Controller’s direct marketing purposes.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means we do not send it outside the European Union.
5. Information in Forms
The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
The Website may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
In some cases, the Website may record information that helps associate the data submitted in a form with the email address of the user completing the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.

The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. The Operator uses a solution that studies user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service provider, so that it cannot be traced to a specific individual. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not recorded.
