  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

      2. The Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827),
      3. The Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), and other applicable provisions of Polish law.

    2. TERMS – these terms of the website.

    4. SERVICE RECIPIENT – a natural person, legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality granted legal capacity by statute, using an Electronic Service.
    5. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the website.
  3. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. The Service Provider enables the use of the following Electronic Services via the website:
      1. use of the Contact Form,
    2. Electronic Services are provided to Service Recipients under the terms set out in these Terms.
  4. CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. The Electronic Services specified in Section III, point 1 of these Terms are provided by the Service Provider free of charge.
    2. Duration of the agreement:
      1. The agreement for the Electronic Service enabling a message to be sent via the Contact Form is concluded for a fixed period and is terminated once the message is sent, or when the Service Recipient stops composing it.
    3. Technical requirements necessary to cooperate with the IT system used by the Service Provider:
      1. a computer with internet access,
      2. access to email,
      3. a web browser,
      4. Cookies and JavaScript enabled in the web browser.
    4. The Service Recipient is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with the law and good practice, with respect for the personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
    5. The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the actual facts.
    6. The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
  5. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
    1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
      1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the website may be submitted by the Service Recipient by email to: biuro@boit.pl
      2. In the email, please provide as much information and detail about the subject of the complaint as possible, in particular the type and date the irregularity occurred, and your contact details. This information will significantly facilitate and speed up the handling of the complaint by the Service Provider.
      3. The Service Provider will handle the complaint promptly, no later than within 14 days.
      4. The Service Provider’s response regarding the complaint will be sent to the Service Recipient’s email address provided in the complaint, or in another manner indicated by the Service Recipient.
  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. All content published on the website at https://boit.pl/ is protected by copyright and is the property of https://boit.pl/. The Service Recipient bears full liability for any damage caused to the Service Provider resulting from the use of any content from the website https://boit.pl/ without the Service Provider’s consent.
    2. Any use by anyone, without the Service Provider’s express written consent, of any element making up the content of the website https://boit.pl/ constitutes an infringement of the Service Provider’s copyright and results in civil and criminal liability.
  7. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. Agreements concluded via the website are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
    2. Should any part of these Terms be found inconsistent with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply in place of the contested provision.
